Speaking on international issues including Iran-America relations, President Ahmadinejad said no one can hurt the Iranian nation.
“US issue is a little bit complicated. Once they were at the height of glory. Now they are collapsing. They have many economic and cultural problems. They have security problems in the world and their influence in Iraq and Afghanistan is vanishing,” the president said.
“Now they see that a new power is emerging. A power which is neither arrogant, nor economic, nor military but a cultural one. They see that waves of hope, justice-seeking and resistance are rising all over the world inspired by Iran. They want to dominate the world, but Iran doesn’t let them.This is why they have problems with Iran,” the president added.
“They want to dominate the Middle East, but this is impossible without Iran. They wanted to rule our region and through that on the world, but they were defeated on the first step because they don’t have Iran . This is the reason why they are angry at us.”
“(President) Obama was brought so that a new face of America is shown. Of course, Mr. Obama could have been helpful, but he had to give up because of the Zionist pressures.” “I sent him a message and told him that we welcome change, but we didn’t see any genuine change. Superficial changes do not matter.”
“Nuclear issue is actually an excuse. The real conflict is for of what I said. Fortunately, we have progressed in nuclear technology so much that we are at an irreversible point. US has two options. Either to continue this wrong policy, or to cooperate with Iran. Cooperation is of course better for both of us.”
On Obama’s recent nuclear threat against Iran, President Ahmadinejad said,”Power worshippers inside the US, who want to plunder nations, manipulate Obama and I think he did not realize what he said and he was deceived by power seeking groups.”
OBAMA HAS ONLY ONE OPPORTUNITY
President Ahmadinejad said Obama has only one opportunity to save his nation and it is Iran.
He added US policies in Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan have come to a dead end, because there are so many complexities in these countries that no development can be considered a victory for US.
“Obama has only one way to remain in power and be successful. This way is Iran. Obama should start cooperation with Iran in practice.”
“I have written a letter to Obama which will be published soon,” the president said. “The time when they imagine that they can do any harm on Iran is over.”
President Ahmadinejad underlined that Iran is ready for cooperation and urged the US to cooperate with Iran unconditionally.
Rejecting US allegation that Iran is being isolated, President Ahmadinejad said,” We don’t need you to do anything for us to come out of isolation, rather we want to help you come out of isolation.”
